A card, and a brokerage, in one balance

Live fully invested.

Zoiker is a charge card that turns your portfolio into spendable money. Swipe anywhere. Nothing sells until you hit Execute — your priorities, your moment, your price.

No commissions No monthly fee Built on licensed brokerage & bank partners

Why Zoiker exists

Your money shouldn't have to pick a side.

Today you split your money in two: the part that earns, locked in a brokerage — and the part you can spend, sitting idle in checking. The wall between them is just friction. Zoiker removes it, so every dollar can stay invested until the moment you actually need it.

The old way

Cash waits. Investments hide.

Money for daily life earns nothing. Money in the market takes days of selling, settling, and transferring before you can touch it. So most people keep too much idle — just in case.

The Zoiker way

One balance. Fully invested. Spendable.

Deposits are invested by default. Your card spends against your whole portfolio, and converting investments into spent money is one tap. When liquidity is frictionless, staying invested is the easy choice.

How it works

Swipe now. Sell on your schedule.

Zoiker is a charge card. Purchases accrue during the month, so a Saturday burger never forces a market order — and you decide when the selling happens.

Step 01Deposit

Money in, invested by default

Paychecks and deposits go straight into your portfolio — stocks and funds you choose, down to fractional shares. No idle cash unless you want some.

Step 02Spend

Swipe anywhere cards work

Every purchase adds to your monthly balance while your money stays in the market. At the register you'll see what it costs in shares — an estimate, until you sell.

Step 03Execute

You decide when it sells

Pay your balance anytime by selling at that moment's price — or liquidate a little whenever you like the market. Statement day is just the backstop if you'd rather not think about it.

Your control

You write the sell order. All of it.

  • WHATLiquidation priorities. Rank what sells first — dump the pick you regret, protect your retirement core. The burger comes out of whatever you decided is most expendable.
  • WHENUser-triggered execution. Hit Execute at any moment — as bill pay, or just to liquidate a portion — and the sale happens then, at that moment's price. No forced sales at swipe time.
  • FREEDOMTrade all month. Your balance is dollars owed, not shares frozen. Re-invest, rebalance, and change your mind right up until you settle.
  • BACKSTOPStatement day. If you never think about it, one tax-smart batched sale settles your balance each cycle, following your priorities.

The tax reserve

Never a tax surprise.

Selling investments creates taxable gains — most cards would let you find that out next April. Zoiker sets money aside as you go: every sale that realizes a gain automatically reserves its estimated tax in an interest-bearing balance.

The reserve is always yours. It earns while it waits, releases when quarterly estimates or filing come due, and you can unlock it anytime — Zoiker just shows you exactly where that leaves your tax bill first.

Fewer sales help too: settle at statement time and a month of spending becomes one batched, tax-aware sale — smart lot selection included — instead of hundreds of tiny ones.

FAQ

Is Zoiker a credit card?+

It's a charge card: purchases accrue during the cycle and the balance settles in full — normally by selling from your portfolio when you hit Execute, or automatically on statement day. It's not revolving debt by default; there's no carrying a balance at interest unless you opt into a future borrowing feature.

What actually sells when I swipe?+

Nothing, at swipe time. The purchase adds dollars to your balance while your investments stay put. Selling happens when you hit Execute — or on statement day if you don't — following the sell-first priorities you set. Your balance is dollars owed, never specific shares frozen, so you can keep trading all month.

What price do I get when I sell?+

The market price at the moment you execute. That's the honest version of "sell when it's high": you watch your portfolio, you pick the moment, the sale happens then. At the register we show an estimated cost in shares, clearly marked as an estimate — no one gets a price nothing actually traded at.

What happens on nights and weekends?+

Your card works 24/7 — that's the point of the charge structure. Purchases accrue whether markets are open or not, and sales execute in the next available session (overnight equity trading is expanding fast). A Saturday burger never forces a bad trade.

What about taxes?+

Selling appreciated investments realizes gains, and that's taxable — we won't pretend otherwise. Zoiker's answer is the auto-on tax reserve: every gain sets aside its estimated tax into an interest-bearing balance, released when quarterly estimates (Form 1040-ES) or filing come due. Settling monthly also means a few tax-smart batched sales a year instead of thousands of micro-sales. Estimates aren't tax advice. At tax time you get the same consolidated Form 1099 every brokerage issues — sales on Form 1099-B with cost basis, interest on 1099-INT, dividends on 1099-DIV — ready for Form 8949 / Schedule D or a one-click export to your tax software.

What if my stocks drop before I settle?+

You owe dollars, so a dip means covering the same balance with more shares — one reason you control the timing and can settle any day you like. Zoiker keeps spending power conservative relative to your portfolio value, so normal market moves don't put you underwater.

Is my money safe?+

Zoiker is being built on licensed, regulated partners: brokerage accounts carried by an SEC-registered broker-dealer (SIPC member), and cash features through FDIC-insured partner banks. Investments themselves can lose value — that's the market, and we'll always be plain about it.
